Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Cost & Free Shipping

Orders with 2 or more items ship free. For single-item orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Carrier & Delivery Time

We ship all orders via USPS within the United States, including PO boxes. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS volume. We currently ship within the U.S. only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking, Delays & Delivery Issues

After a label is created, it can take 1–2 business days for USPS to scan your package and begin updating tracking. Once a package is with USPS, delivery timing is in the postal service's hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, or a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@parafragrances.com with your order number — we'll personally look into it and do our best to make it right.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Parallel Fragrances is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
