Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries, based on the frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

All subscription renewals are processed automatically. Refunds will not be issued for automatic subscription charges if the subscription is not canceled at least one (1) day prior to the renewal date. It is the customer's responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions before renewal.

How to manage or cancel your subscription
You're always in control. To pause, skip an order, swap your scent, reschedule, update your payment details, or cancel:
